2.2. Puppy Reservation & Deposits- Non-Refundable Deposit: To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable as it removes the puppy from the market. It may be transferable to another puppy in a future litter only at the breeder's sole discretion.
- Pricing: All prices listed on the website or provided via messenger are subject to change until a deposit is received.
2.3. Health Guarantee We provide a
1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee for our puppies. Specific terms, exclusions, and conditions are detailed in the
Puppy Purchase Contract signed at the time of reservation. The information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not supersede the written contract.
2.4. Delivery Services to France We assist in organizing delivery via professional licensed pet couriers or Flight Nannies to
Paris (CDG/Orly), Nice (NCE), Lyon, and other French regions.
- Risk of Travel: While we use only professional couriers, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by airlines, strikes (grèves), traffic, or weather conditions.
- Costs: Delivery costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall
Maltipoo-paris.fr, nor its owners, partners, agents, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or purchase of our services.
2.6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the specific Breeding Kennel selling the puppy is registered (
Ukraine or Moldova), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
